In April, the average maximum temperature is around 18\u00b0C, while the minimum is about 9.3\u00b0C. Precipitation typically occurs on 11.6 days during the month, with a total of approximately 126 mm.<br \/>\nSnowfall in this region is extremely rare, especially during the spring months.<\/p>\n<p>Tu\u0111emili is a small village in the Bar municipality with a population of 146 people, according to the 2011 census. It is situated at an altitude of approximately 350 meters above sea level.<br \/>\nBar is an important port city in Montenegro, known for its rich history and cultural heritage. The region is dominated by Mediterranean climate conditions, which makes snowfall in April highly unusual.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rarity of the Phenomenon<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Snowfall in April in Tu\u0111emili is an exceptional event.
